Click one of the buttons in New Goal, New Task, or New Note to begin.

On the main screen, you’ll see your key goals and upcoming tasks for the day and week. Each goal page automatically displays all related tasks and notes you’ve created for it.
To keep your workspace clean and relevant, set a filter in the Tasks and Notes sections: Main Goal = current goal**.** This way, you’ll only see items connected to that specific goal.

This section is for small actions that help keep life balanced and steady. Choose up to 10 routine tasks — things you want to do regularly without pressure. Rename them, change icons, and make this list personal. Use the Week and Month ****views to track your progress and stay mindful of your rhythm.
